Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, tariff codes, and import/export processes is a plus.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities.
• Track shipment status and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases.
• Assist with customs clearance including calculation of duties.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team.
