Job summary

Logistics is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing and coordinate shipments in Singapore. You will liaise with customers and logistics partners, prepare shipping documents, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records.

With at least 2 years in order processing and customer service, you will use MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order processing and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
