RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Control Tower team in Singapore.

You will be the central point of contact for customer orders and shipments, ensuring end-to-end visibility, timely execution, and proactive communication across the supply chain. The role requires 2–5 years in logistics, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation operations, or customer/control tower operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer orders and shipments from order receipt through final delivery.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact point for customers on shipment status and operational matters.
• Prepare quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify delays, disruptions, or discrepancies.
• Investigate shipment exceptions and work with stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Communicate shipment risks and alternative solutions to customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support process improvement, digitalisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and system updates.

Location: Changi South

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3,800 - $4,200 per month

Contract Duration: 1 Year
