Job summary

NCS Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, ensuring SLAs are met and incidents resolved. You will monitor performance, apply patches, and conduct root cause analysis.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset to deliver timely solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on SharePoint experience, demonstrates initiative, and is comfortable handling change requests and PowerShell scripting as part of daily

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments and resolve incidents/service requests.
Monitor system performance, security and patches.
Ensure response time and defect turnaround meet KPI.
Incident management: troubleshoot and rectify issues.
Problem management: root cause analysis and proactive fixes.
Service requests: perform SharePoint admin tasks and write PowerShell scripts.
Change request assessment: gather requirements and estimate effort/timeline.
Technical design, construction, testing, and deployment for changes.
Escalate critical problems to Group Lead/PM.
Standby duties or other urgent tasks as required.
