Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Messaging & Collaboration Engineer to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services across on-premises, hybrid, and Microsoft 365 environments. You will manage SharePoint farms, administer SQL Server, and implement automation.

You will join a team in Singapore, working on governance, security, HA/DR, and monitoring with strong PowerShell skills and migration experience. This onsite role requires collaboration across IT groups.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing enterprise SharePoint and SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SQL Server.
• Experience with hybrid environments and migration strategies.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SharePoint farms and site collections.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and governance enforcement.
• Support hybrid integration with Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer SQL Server environments for SharePoint and other apps.
• Monitor performance and plan capacity; ensure HA/DR readiness.
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and reporting.
• Implement least-privilege security and audit readiness.
