Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to join our SharePoint operations team. You will deliver Level 2/3 support, investigate incidents, and implement fixes to meet our SLA commitments.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, applying patches, handling change requests, and performing proactive problem management. Strong collaboration and a proactive mindset are essential to thrive in a fast-paced AI services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, troubleshooting incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance, and implement necessary patches and updates.
• Ensure Response Time and Defect Turn-around Time meet contractual KPI.
• Incident Management: Perform troubleshooting and rectification of issue reported.
• Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures.
• Service Request: Perform general SharePoint administrative tasks and writing Power Shell scripts as part of service request.
• Change Request Assessment: Carry out requirements gathering and assessment on the effort and timeline require for the Change Request based on the requirement provided.
• Change Request: Carry out technical design, technical construction, testing, implementation and deployment for the Change Request.
• Escalate critical problems to the Group Lead / Project Manager.
• Perform standby duties or other urgent duties if required.

Job Description

The Software Engineer is responsible for:

• O&S support: to provide operation and support for application maintenance and ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) are met.
• Change Requests: to develop software based on requirements and ensure applications are working to specification, program codes have conformed to standards and are delivered with quality, meeting schedule and requirements.

What will you do:
