Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Messaging & Collaboration Engineer with strong SharePoint and SQL Server administration skills. The role delivers secure, scalable collaboration services across on‑premises, hybrid, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities include governance, patching, DR/HA planning, automation, and proactive monitoring to maintain high availability and compliance. Candidates should have 6+ years of enterprise experience and relevant Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing.
• Certifications relevant to the services provided (credentials strengthen qualifications).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SharePoint forms and site collections.
• Administer SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint and other apps.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Implement least-privilege access models and secure configurations.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting; participate in on-call rotations.
• Lead initial client escalation for operational issues and ensure SLA adherence.
