Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract (1 year) to lead EnterpriseSG's SharePoint Online strategy, governance and migration initiatives in Singapore. You will assess current intranet and document repositories, plan migrations, and engage stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to SharePoint Online.

The role requires governance design, migration planning, and collaboration with outsourced vendors to deliver a sustainable, compliant SharePoint

Qualifications

Hands-on experience assessing, designing, implementing, migrating or governing SharePoint Online
Experience migrating content to SharePoint Online and managing governance
Knowledge of MS 365, Power Platform and related security/compliance needs

Responsibilities

Lead current-state assessment and migration planning for intranet and document repositories to SharePoint Online
Define target-state information architecture, site structure and permissions
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT for migration, testing and adoption
Establish governance framework, operating model and delivery assurance for SharePoint Online
