Qualifications

Essential experience assessing, designing, implementing, migrating or governing SharePoint Online solutions beyond end-user usage.
Experience leading or materially supporting at least one SharePoint migration to SharePoint Online, including discovery, planning, testing and business transition.
Knowledge of modern SharePoint Online capabilities: sites, pages, libraries, metadata, content types, search and permissions.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows and test scenarios.
Experience with governance frameworks, operating models, and vendor management in an ICT context.

Responsibilities

Lead current-state assessment and migration planning for intranet and document repositories to SharePoint Online.
Define target information architecture including site structure, navigation, metadata and permissions.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment with governance standards and delivery dates.
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption during and after migration.
Oversee validation of content, metadata, links and business functionality before acceptance.
