Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced SharePoint professional to lead the migration, governance and BAU support for SharePoint Online.

You will plan migrations, define information architecture, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful adoption across the organisation. Responsibilities include current-state assessments, migration roadmaps, governance design and stakeholder engagement to deliver a sustainable intranet transformation on Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience assessing, designing, implementing, migrating or governing SharePoint Online solutions.
• Experience migrating content to SharePoint Online, including discovery, migration planning, content assessment and validation.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessment and migration planning for intranet, knowledge repositories and shared document repositories to SharePoint Online.
• Analyse existing SharePoint sites, site structures, metadata, permissions, workflows and usage patterns.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business users, content owners and IT teams to identify needs.
• Define target-state information architecture, site structure, metadata, search and ownership model.
• Evaluate whether to use out-of-the-box capabilities, Microsoft 365 configuration or custom development.
• Develop migration strategy, roadmap, work packages and implementation approach for management.
• Coordinate vendor delivery, governance, testing, cutover readiness and post-migration validation.
• Establish governance for provisioning, ownership, permissions, retention and site closure.
