Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint initiatives.
- Experience in SharePoint Online migration or document management projects.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online features (sites, libraries, permissions, metadata).
- Experience with vendor coordination and testing activities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing SharePoint sites, document repositories, permissions and workflows.
- Gather business, functional and non-functional requirements via workshops and interviews.
- Identify pain points and future-state requirements.
- Evaluate content and solutions for migration, redesign or archival.
- Support migration design, roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Coordinate testing, validation, UAT and trace risks/issues.
