Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd invites a Business Analyst to lead SharePoint Online strategy, assessment and migration for EnterpriseSG. You will govern intranet and document repositories, plan migration with vendors, and ensure successful adoption across the client environment.

You will engage with business users, content owners and IT teams to align requirements, define architecture, and oversee governance and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assessing, designing, implementing, migrating or governing SharePoint Online solutions.
• Experience migrating content to SharePoint Online and coordinating with vendors.
• Ability to develop governance frameworks and operating models for intranet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessment and migration planning for intranet and document repositories to SharePoint Online.
• Define target-state information architecture, site structure, and permissions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and business transition with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and oversee adoption activities and stakeholder communications.
