Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. client in IT seeks a Business Analyst (SharePoint) to join its Central team on a 1-year renewable contract, with a salary up to SGD 9,200 monthly and bonus.

You will lead SharePoint Online migrations, gather requirements, define governance, and coordinate with vendors, ensuring smooth testing, cutover, and post-implementation activities while improving collaboration and information sharing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online beyond end-user usage.
• Experience in SharePoint/document migration planning, testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint sites, libraries, metadata, permissions and information architecture.
• Experience gathering business requirements with technical teams and vendors.
• Experience in IT governance, risk, security or compliance is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate or PowerApps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead/ support SharePoint Online migration planning, including assessment of sites, content, permissions, workflows and information architecture.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, solution options and acceptance criteria.
• Define and improve SharePoint governance, including site ownership, permissions, content lifecycle and access management.
• Work closely with vendors to review solution designs, migration plans, deliverables, timelines and risks.
• Coordinate testing, migration validation, cutover and post-implementation activities.
• Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve collaboration, document management and information sharing.
• Support SharePoint BAU activities, including incidents, enhancements, changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare recommendations, risk assessments, project updates and documentation for stakeholders and management.
