Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its modules (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder).
- Strong understanding of data extensions, subscriber management, and marketing automation.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SFMC capabilities and explain technical concepts.
Responsabilités
- Platform Maintenance & Operations: ensure availability, performance, and security of SFMC and its modules.
- Coordinate updates, patches, and bug resolution across SFMC components.
- Client Guidance & Enablement: act as SME and train client teams on SFMC usage and reporting.
- Feasibility Assessment: evaluate technical feasibility of requests within SFMC and propose feasible solutions.
- Campaign Support & Optimization: monitor campaigns and provide optimization insights.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: maintain configs, processes, and change logs; suggest workflow improvements.
