AvePoint in Singapore is seeking an SFMC Specialist to manage end-to-end maintenance and optimization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will ensure platform stability, support client enablement, and drive continuous improvement in marketing automation and campaign delivery.

You will guide clients on SFMC functionalities, translate requirements into SFMC capabilities, and collaborate with teams on feasibility analyses and scalable solutions.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Automation/Journey Builder.
• Strong understanding of data extensions and subscriber management.
• Technical troubleshooting and platform maintenance skills.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience translating requirements into SFMC capabilities and workflows.
• Experience with feasibility analysis and solution design for marketing requests.
