Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead to drive the functional design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and architects to translate business needs into effective Salesforce outcomes. The role covers requirements gathering, FRD creation, and end-to-end Salesforce configurations, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce functional consulting or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and CRM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis and design.
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security and integrations.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map processes and translate needs into functional specs.
• Define solution approaches using standard Salesforce capabilities where possible.
• Coordinate with developers for custom functionalities and integrations.
• Prepare FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Mentor functional consultants and participate in Agile ceremonies.
