The role requires 5–10 years in customer account management and technical sales, fluency in English, and willingness to travel 50–70%.

Qualifications

Ideally Electrical, Electronical Engineer or similar.
5 to 10 years of experience in customer account management and technical sales activities.
Good knowledge of secure power supplies such as chargers and inverters.
Mastery of tools and information systems (CRM, costing tools, ERP).
Good level of English, read, written and spoken.
Full‑time permanent contract.
Customer visits: 50 to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

Manages the customer portfolio: smooth running of orders and development of commercial relationships.
Ensures compliance with contractual clauses and customer satisfaction.
Contributes to turnover growth by using installed-base data and framework contracts.
Develops commercial offers based on service FAE costings for complex consultations.
Performs costing for simple consultations in coordination with service costing manager.
Keeps pipeline and opportunities updated in CRM, S4H, and TOL.
Supports order intake forecasting with Service Sales Manager.
Distributes documents to ADV department for recording orders.
