Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated sales professional to promote and develop new products across Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, and Industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with knowledge of generator power systems or industrial chillers. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development of technical or OEM products.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop sales of new products across Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, and Industrial sectors
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging business opportunities
• Engage customers and partners to present products and drive sales growth
• Identify new applications and potential markets for product expansion
• Support technical and commercial discussions with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market requirements
• Provide regular sales updates and market insights to the Head of Department

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development of technical or OEM products
• Experience in generator power systems or industrial chillers is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability
• Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and commercial mindset
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with enthusiasm for power generation or spare parts products
• Exposure to Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, or Industrial sectors
