Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is hiring ServiceNow Technical Consultants and Developers across all levels in Singapore. The role centers on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements, with emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and related module specialisms.

You will build features with Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server, while collaborating with BAs, architects, and clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience matching level applied for
• Strong JavaScript skills across Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, integrations
• Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum understanding
• Able to translate requirements into platform solutions
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Senior/Lead: ownership of architecture artefacts and client workshops

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions per client requirements
• Build platform features using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Glide APIs
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server
• For ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Translate requirements into functional solutions with BAs, architects, clients
• Manage technical docs, integration design, effort estimation, and delivery
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and maintain proactive client communication
• Senior/Lead: mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, lead client workshops, contribute to pre-sales
