Job summary

KPMG in Singapore seeks a ServiceNow Consultant, Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to lead technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, gather requirements, design architecture, and guide a team of developers through implementation and testing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance business needs with platform standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM or related ServiceNow workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key technical resource for configuring, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
Act as primary technical POC for projects and guide requirements gathering.
Lead a team of developers to convert requirements into user stories and test solutions.
Provide technical and user training to clients on the platform.
Design and develop solutions within ServiceNow including apps, forms, flows, UI policies, and business rules.
Troubleshoot and provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications.
Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the team.
