Job summary

AparTechnologies Pte Ltd, Singapore, seeks an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead development and implementation across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and custom apps. You will design workflows, automate processes with Flow Designer, and build integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on development and implementation experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Expertise in workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in requirements analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting; solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CSM certifications preferred.
