Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands‑on development and implementation experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Expertise in workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in requirements analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting; solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CSM certifications preferred.
