Job summary

Ranosys in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, customize, and optimize our ITSM and ITOM solutions. You will build catalogs, workflows, and integrations, and mentor junior teammates.

The role requires hands-on development, strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, plus good communication with stakeholders. Singapore Citizens or PRs preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and configurations.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
• Certification in Now Assist/GenAI capabilities is a plus.
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop and customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, and Service Portal components.
• Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Work on CSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/Discovery/GRC modules as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.
