You will develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, building Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs, while enhancing workflows with Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub. Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Exposure to ITOM or HRSD or CSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, platform security, update sets, and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Singapore Citizens & PR only to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub.
• Customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Portal components.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and support testing, deployments, upgrades, and production activities.
