Job summary

Ranosys is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in Singapore. You will build Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs, and develop workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub.

You will also customize Service Catalog components, integrate REST/SOAP APIs via MID Server, and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Exposure to ITOM/HRSD/CSM modules is a plus.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with teams.
