Job summary

Ranosys seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Developer in Singapore to design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. You will craft Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs, and build workflows with Flow Designer and Workflow.

You will develop Service Catalog components, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Portal, and create integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and ITSM.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, and Catalog.
• Exposure to ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, GRC modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs.
• Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Portal components.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Implement and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Work on additional modules such as ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, CSM, HRSD.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Manage technical design, development, testing, deployments, upgrades, and release activities.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Explore and implement Now Assist / GenAI capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Exposure to additional modules such as ITOM or HRSD or CSM
