Job summary

INFORMA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist in Singapore to build and customize ServiceNow applications, forms, lists and automated workflows.

You will configure platform components using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and scripting, while managing access controls and providing L2/L3 incident support. You will also handle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts, and assist with upgrades, testing, and performance optimization

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow apps, forms, lists and views.
• Configure platform components using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and scripting.
• Manage user roles, ACLs, update sets, and provide L2/L3 incident support.
• Enable integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Support upgrades, testing, UAT and performance optimization.
