Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, with emphasis on CSM. You will shape platform strategy, drive digital transformation, and align with business goals.

As Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead, you will guide teams, manage backlogs, and foster high-performing practices while integrating AI capabilities and ensuring governance across the architecture.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of solution architecture experience with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow (CSM preferred).
• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching cross-functional teams on agile ways of working.
• Vendor management and solution validation experience.
• Track record of successful large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and AI integration in work processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving agile delivery.
• Oversee migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP) and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Provide enterprise architecture guidance and ensure standardisation across the organisation.
• Identify integration opportunities with other SaaS solutions and manage vendor relationships.
• Establish monitoring and analytics to track system performance and adoption.
