Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect / Agile Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow platform and drive agile delivery across transformation initiatives.

The role combines ServiceNow architecture, platform modernization, AI adoption, enterprise integration, Scrum leadership, and vendor governance. You will mentor teams, manage backlogs with stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable platform implementations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture and system integration.
Experience with AI features and analytics within ServiceNow.
Experience migrating workflows from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
Strong governance and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow platform architecture and migration strategy.
Drive agile delivery as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead for multiple teams.
Design and implement AI capabilities within ServiceNow (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, etc.).
Oversee integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms.
Establish monitoring and governance for platform performance and security.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
