TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (ServiceNow) to lead architecture, design, implementation and optimisation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions in Singapore.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years in solution architecture with 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration and enterprise implementation.
Experience with ServiceNow CSM is preferred.
Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct feasibility assessments and migration strategies from legacy platforms to ServiceNow.
Design scalable, secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with standards.
Provide technical leadership through requirements gathering to deployment and optimisation.
Review upgrades, configurations and deployments to ensure best practices.
Act as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead for delivery teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs with stakeholders.
Drive AI capabilities and integration opportunities across platforms.
Collaborate on enterprise governance, security and standardisation.
