Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Lead Developer in Singapore to design, build, and maintain workforce management and employee services applications. You will provide technical direction, drive end-to-end delivery, and establish reusable UI/UX components across squads.

You will lead development, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with EY's architecture and security standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of enterprise ServiceNow delivery experience.
Hands-on senior/lead developer with design & code reviews.
Experience in HRSD and App Engine platforms.
Ability to design reusable UI/UX components and a design system.
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement translation.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications for workforce management and employee services.
Configure HR services, case management, workflows, portals, catalog items.
Build scoped apps, data models, forms, business rules, UI policies, client and server scripts, and automated workflows.
Develop integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
Lead technical direction, ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
Guide end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
Establish reusable UI/UX capabilities and design governance.
