Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow/SMoD solutions.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and scripting.
- Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer & Workflow Automation.
- Experience with Business Rules and Client Scripts.
- Exposure to OSS/BSS integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
- Good understanding of Telecom Operations.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with testing, validation, and automation of service delivery tasks.
