Job summary

Archer Logic is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support ITSM and SMoD solutions within a telecom environment. The role requires hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow components.

You will work on updates, scripts, notifications, workflows, and enterprise-scale integrations while following Agile practices and contributing to project planning and testing.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 4+ years in ITSM and SMoD solutions.
• Understand automation concepts and their application in day-to-day service delivery.
• Flow Designer expertise.
• Workflow Automation experience.
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, OSS/BSS Integration.
• Troubleshooting & performance knowledge.
• Telecom operations domain familiarity.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM/SMoD in a telecom environment.
• Hands-on work with ITSM, ITIL, Integrations, Scripts, Catalogs, CSМ and custom apps.
• Develop updates, business rules, notifications, scheduled jobs, Script Includes, events and forms.
• Improve workflows and automate approvals and change processes.
• Deliver enterprise-scale integrations and automate testing in prod/test environments.
• Participate in project meetings and follow Agile frameworks.

Job description

• Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions within a complex telecommunications environment.
• Hands on experience in ServiceNow major modules like – ITSM, ITIL, Integrations, Scripts, Catalogs, CSM, Custom applications.
• Worked on Update and development of ServiceNow applications, modules business rules, email notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Events, forms, SLAs, Access Controls, Workflow, Homepage Administration, User Administration, Update sets, Notifications, etc.
• Excellent knowledge on Workflows, Automation of approvals, change process.
• Experience with enterprise-scale integrations.
• Code or script test automation as well as carry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments.
• Developing technical specifications & project/test planning as well as participate in project meetings and discussion.
• Following the Agile framework.
