Qualifications
- 4+ years in ITSM and SMoD solutions.
- Senior ServiceNow developer with scripting/coding for automation.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience with enterprise-scale integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions in a complex telecom environment.
- Update and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, business rules, emails, notifications, and workflow components.
- Create and test automation, including testing procedures in testing and production environments.
- Develop technical specifications and participate in project/test planning and meetings.
- Collaborate following the Agile framework.
