Job summary

You will work on updates, development of ServiceNow applications, workflows, automation, and enterprise-scale integrations, while following Agile practices and ensuring testing and validation across environments. Strong scripting skills, ITIL knowledge, and ability to translate business requirements into technical specs are

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ITSM and SMoD solutions.
• Senior ServiceNow developer with scripting/coding for automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions in a complex telecom environment.
• Update and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, business rules, emails, notifications, and workflow components.
• Create and test automation, including testing procedures in testing and production environments.
• Develop technical specifications and participate in project/test planning and meetings.
• Collaborate following the Agile framework.

• Worked on Update and development ofServiceNow applications, modules business rules, email notifications, ScheduledJobs, Script Includes, Events, forms, SLAs, Access Controls, Workflow, HomepageAdministration, User Administration, Update sets, Notifications, etc
• Excellent knowledge of workflows, Automationof approvals, change process
• Experience with enterprise-scaleintegrations
