Job summary

ARCHER LOGIC (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate and support ITSM and SMoD solutions in a complex telecom environment. You will work hands-on across ITSM, ITIL, Integrations, Scripts, Catalogs and CSM modules.

Responsibilities include updating and developing ServiceNow applications, business rules, workflows, notifications and scheduled jobs; automate testing; draft technical specs; participate in agile project

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4+ years in ITSM and SMoD solutions.
• Strong automation concepts and day-to-day service delivery.
• Proficient with Flow Designer and Workflow Automation.
• Experience in code or script test automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions.
• Work on ServiceNow modules, updates, business rules and notifications.
• Develop testing procedures and perform automated testing in testing/production.
• Prepare technical specifications and participate in project meetings within Agile teams.

Job description

Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions within a complex telecommunications environment.

Hands on experience in ServiceNow major modules like - ITSM, ITIL, Integrations, Scripts, Catalogs, CSM, Custom applications.

Worked on Update and development of ServiceNow applications, modules business rules, email notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Events, forms, SLAs, Access Controls, Workflow, Homepage Administration, User Administration, Update sets, Notifications, etc.

Excellent knowledge on Workflows, Automation of approvals, change process.

Experience with enterprise-scale integrations.

Code or script test automation as well as carry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments.

Developing technical specifications & project/test planning as well as participate in project meetings and discussion.

Following the Agile framework.

Requirements
