Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING is seeking a proficient ServiceNow Developer in Singapore to design, develop, and implement platform solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices. You will build features using JavaScript and Glide APIs, and create integrations via Integration Hub and MID Server.

Applicants should have 3+ years in ServiceNow development, plus 1+ year in CMDB and Asset Management, with solid SDLC and Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
Minimum 1 year in CMDB & Asset Management
Proficient in JavaScript: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, integration patterns (Integration Hub preferred)
Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum understanding
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into platform solutions
Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
