We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow IT Operations & Asset Management (ITOM/ITAM) Developer for a Singapore-based opportunity. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow application development, platform customization, and ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and support ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform scripting using JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑related issues while ensuring best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.
