Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and platform best practices.

You will build platform features with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer and Glide APIs; design REST/SOAP integrations via Integration Hub and MID Server; work across CMDB, Asset Management and HRSD modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of CMDB & Asset Management experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript across ServiceNow components (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and Integration Hub (preferred for consultants).
• Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery understanding; strong analytical and translation skills.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into platform solutions
• Good communication skills - able to engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
