Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build and maintain applications and integrations on the Now Platform. You will manage deployments across environments, support UAT, and implement security fixes from VAPT findings.

The role requires CSA and CAD certifications, 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, and strong JavaScript skills. You will collaborate with project managers, admins, security teams and business users to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience with case management or workflow-based applications on ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, data migration and VAPT remediation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and application lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, reports, forms, business rules and automation scripts.
• Manage application deployments across Development, UAT and Production environments, including deployment planning, validation and post-deployment checks.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing and executing test cases, investigating defects and implementing fixes.
• Address findings from Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and implement security fixes within agreed timelines.
• Plan and carry out production data migration, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Provide application maintenance and operational support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, bug fixes and platform upgrades.
• Deliver enhancements and change requests according to agreed requirements and project schedules.
• Maintain technical documentation and work closely with project managers, platform administrators, security teams and business users.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience in enterprise environments, covering development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong knowledge of App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Controls, Import Sets, Transform Maps and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience developing case management or workflow-based applications on ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, data migration and VAPT remediation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and user story development would be an advantage.
