Job summary

INFINITE Computer Solutions Pte Ltd is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications including ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and reporting. You will implement workflows, forms, catalogs, and automation, and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

You will diagnose platform issues, optimize performance, gather requirements, and support upgrades and patches in a fast-paced environment within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog).
• Strong scripting with JavaScript and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, Workflow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, forms, catalogs, and automation solutions.
• Integrate with third-party systems via APIs.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow incidents.
