Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, forms, catalogs, and automation solutions.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.
• Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow-related incidents.
