Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING in Singapore is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to design, develop, configure and implement solutions aligned with client requirements and platform best practices. You will build features using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs, and implement REST/SOAP integrations via IntegrationHub and MID Server.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a solid SDLC/Agile background to deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience relevant to the level.
• Proficiency in JavaScript: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integrations (Integration Hub preferred at Consultant level).
• Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery understanding.
• Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Good communication to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
