Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications. You will use JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MySQL for data integration and UI work, and you will integrate with external systems via APIs.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to code quality through tests and documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ServiceNow platform and related development tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, tested code and document processes.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS for UI work.
• Experience with MySQL/SQL and API integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; ServiceNow cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Create ServiceNow solutions for an organisation using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, and CSS
• Develop and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with other programs.
• Analyse technical development requirements
• Provide documentation and reports of the analyses.
• Identify any deficiencies within the applications and provide solutions for them.
• Deploy solutions in a test environment.
• Analyse system performance issues
• Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development.
• Configure and create custom workflows.
• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality standards are being met.

Preferred Skillset:

• ServiceNow developers should know the ServiceNow platform, desirable.
• Extensive Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
