Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead configuration, development, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform for enterprise clients.

You will design workflows, scripts, and catalog items, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with admins, developers, and analysts to deliver robust portal solutions, including incident management, knowledge, and service catalog.

Qualifications

• 7+ years ServiceNow Development
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementer is a must have
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, support, and maintain the ServiceNow implementation.
• Troubleshoot advanced ServiceNow issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements.
• Design workflows, modules, and catalog requests.
• Deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients.
• Work with ServiceNow Studio and Scoped Applications.
• Create custom rules, scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Mentor colleagues and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Integrate data from ServiceNow modules into portals (incident mgmt, knowledge, service catalog).
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and analysts to deliver portal solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Job description

• Serve as the key technical resource contributing the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements.
• Develop and design and applications modules workflows and catalog requests.
• Develop and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients.
• Develop under Scoped Applications working with ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop Workflow / Flow Design where required to drive Approvals and Process Lifecycle.
• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts.
• Begin to mentor colleagues and take on more leadership responsibility.
• Integrating data and functionality from ServiceNow modules into the portal, such as incident management, knowledge base, and service catalog.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow administrators, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality portal solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow Application Development (preferred)
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications Development in ServiceNow
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal and ServiceNow APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementer is a must have
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
• Experience in System/Process Automation (Orchestration)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
• Experience working in challenging and ambiguous environment.
