Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist to oversee, design, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our ServiceNow suite of products, responsible for aligning the platform's capabilities with our strategic business goals.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-level workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Design:

Design the Org's Architecture and lead implementation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow suite of products ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Module Implementation:

Deploy and optimize key ServiceNow workflows across various domains including but not limited to:

• App Engine Enterprise: Design and develop custom workflows, Flow Designers, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies to streamline business processes.

• IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

• HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM) & Now Assist.

Platform Governance:

Oversee platform upgrades, clone-backs, patch applications, and maintain instance health and performance metrics.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide tier-3 platform support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• Deep, hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow product suite.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow database structures and CMDB configuration.

Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical workflows.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or Consultant.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.

Preferred Certifications

(Highly Desirable)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more tracks (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)

• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
