Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow to deliver a whole-of-government project.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow applications, with opportunity to work across ITSM/ITOM modules on a government-facing platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement modules, and provide ongoing maintenance and optimization, with a salary up to SGD 10,000 plus AWS and benefits including up to 21 days annual

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and customize ServiceNow applications and services using scripting, configuration, and integration tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Implement new ServiceNow modules and enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of existing ServiceNow applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and 3rd-party tools.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
