Job summary

APAR Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a ServiceNow Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design and implement ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and expansion into SPM/ITBM modules.

You will write clean JavaScript, configure workflows and business rules, build REST/SOAP integrations, and support platform growth through strategic portfolio management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience: Mid-level professional experience specializing in ServiceNow platform development.
• Technical Skills: Strong JavaScript, CMDB/CSDM data modeling, and web services.
• Certifications: Mandatory Certified System Administrator (CSA). CAD (Certified Application Developer) is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Development: Write clean JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows using Flow Designer.
• Module Delivery: Configure and deploy ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Integration: Build API integrations (REST/SOAP) between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub.
