Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work on ITSM, CSM, and App Engine Suite to deliver enterprise-scale workflows and integrations.

You should have 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and App Engine Suite.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, automation, and custom application development.
• Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/CSM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, integrations, and custom applications.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
