Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience, focusing on ITOM and ITSM.

This client-facing role requires confident engagement with infrastructure teams, stakeholders, and customers to design practical ServiceNow solutions. You will apply JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations, with CMDB/CSDM understanding and IRE concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong experience implementing and configuring ITOM Discovery (On-Premises Infrastructure & Cloud Discovery).
• Experience with Service Mapping, Certificate Management, Predictive AIOps, Health Log Analytics (HLA) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Ability to engage with infrastructure, network, cloud, and security teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery Patterns, Identification & Reconciliation (IRE), and Service Graph concepts.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to propose ServiceNow best-practice solutions.
• Guide customers on ITOM and ITSM implementation approaches and platform capabilities.
• Work with project managers, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams with minimal supervision.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITOM and ITSM, while also demonstrating the ability to engage confidently with infrastructure teams, stakeholders, and customers.

This is a customer-facing role requiring both technical excellence and consulting capabilities to drive successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong experience implementing and configuring:
• ITOM Discovery (On-Premises Infrastructure & Cloud Discovery)
• Service Mapping
• Certificate Management
• Predictive AIOps

• Hands‑on experience integrating and working with enterprise infrastructure components.

• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery Patterns, Identification & Reconciliation (IRE), and Service Graph concepts.

Additional Preferred Skills

Candidates should have hands‑on implementation experience in at least one of the following ServiceNow product areas:

• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Field Service Management (FSM)

Experience with other ServiceNow modules will be considered an advantage.

Ability to quickly upskill into other ServiceNow Modules, if need be.

The successful candidate should be able to:
